Louis Barruol represents the 15th generation of his family at the head of Château de Saint Cosme. Thanks to his micronégoce, he has been able to create strong relationships with producers in the region, including Château de Rouanne which he acquired in 2019. The Château de Rouanne wine from the Vinsobres appellation (AOC since 2005) comes from vines with an average age of 50 years planted on marl and limestone soils. These vines are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, and massal selection allows to maintain the great genetic wealth. After the harvest, the fermentation with indigenous yeasts is followed by an 18-month maturation period in vats
