Domaine Du Mortier

Cyril and Fabien Boisard created this estate which is located in the Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil commune in the Loire region in 1996. Since then, the vineyard has been growing to its 16 hectares today.- 8 hectares in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil- 2 hectares in Bourgueil- 6 hectares of experimental vineyards in the Brain sur Allonnes commune of the Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil AOC.In order to preserve nature, the two winemakers are committed to favouring a natural ecosystem without chemical intervention in the vineyards and without other additives during the vinification process. For this approach – aiming to protect the terroir in order to produce authentic wines – the estate has been awarded, amongst others, the Agriculture Bio, Nature Progrès, and Vin Méthode Nature label
